What:    NNPG believes it is essential to be prepared with both supplies and gear AS WELL AS SKILLS.  So, twice a year  we go into the 'field' to practice using our gear and skills.  Many of us camp out (RV's, Tents, Camping Trailers and more).  Others of us come out for one or multiple days. 

Prepper Field Day is our biggest event of the year—and we’re proud to be hosting it for the 16th time!

Each day features hands-on demonstrations and informative presentations covering a wide range of essential prepper skills and topics. (Check out the schedule below for what’s coming up at this year’s event.)

Have questions about something not on the schedule? No problem—there’s always someone on hand to help you with other areas of interest.

We paid to reserve the Ramada Beach group camping area. You only pay the park ranger for camping or day use fees. You can also choose to camp in one of their other campground areas. Check on their website.

Note:      We schedule our Field Day Events twice a year and have chosen to pick a date that coincides with the weekend ARRL conducts radio contests.  

Twice a year, the amateur radio world goes into a frenzy for "Field Day." While it's technically a national competition, NNPG does things a little differently. For us, Field Day isn't about winning prizes, it’s about you.

We invite you to step into the world of ham radio and take the controls. It’s surprisingly simple, incredibly social, and a total rush when you hear a voice from halfway around the world crackle through the speaker. Come hang out, make some noise, and see why we love this hobby so much.

When all else fails, Ham Radio still works. It is the prepper's communication lifeline.

Disaster Preparedness / Survival Training And Events

NNPG is dedicated to providing information and training to help you and your family in the event of a man-made or natural disaster.  So, come and learn in a fun environment. Throughout the event there will be preparedness training, demonstrations and lessons.
