do not need to grind them between two stones, even though that is shown in the article. You can also run over them with your car/truck or use a hammer, etc. You
do need to make acorn flour.
The key is the soaking process to remove the bitter tannins in the seed itself, after grinding to a coarse flour.
Drying after soaking is part of the process. Plan on it and have a way to spread the coarse flour for either sun or oven drying.
