Melissa K Norris has a great site filled with articles and videos. This one about freeze-drying eggs has a couple of very useful tips that can apply to many other more liquid items being freeze-dried. It is well written and the video is well made. I highly suggest anyone with a freeze-dryer or is contemplating getting one, read the article and watch the video. It makes me want a freeze-dryer even more than ever.
