Ever brite solar powered night light with motion detector these are available at Home Depot at the moment and I have found them to be very good but they need to be installed in a good area and have a common fault which is easy to repair.

Excellent! I like that light.

I definitely understand having to repair items like that, often right out of the box. At the end of every summer season I look for various types of solar yard and patio lights after they go on deep sale. I have picked up quite a few over the years, as well as some other items that use the 18650 and similar Lithium cells. The cells are heavy, and the soldering in these kinds of import units is not always the best. Nor is the mechanical securing of some of the batteries, as well as other components.

It was a good review and repair illustration. Bit out of focus, and I could barely hear it. I did discover the CC closed caption button which applies an AI speech to text converter. Not super accurate translation, but I was able to follow what you were saying so much better.

I look forward to more of these.

I would like to know more about the soldering iron you were using. What little I could see of it makes me think I might be interested in one.

Thanks.

Just my opinion.

Its a Ryobi cordless 18 volt soldering iron and I love it I have in the past used butane powered soldering irons for off grid work and they are ok but sometimes hard to start and finnicky to refill. Im going to get at least 1 more of these irons so I don't have to cart this one with me everywhere.
