Time to dust off your recipes and sort them out. At least that is what I will be doing this month.
I'm making two binders, one of time tested I know these rock recipes and another for recipes I want to try or tweak. I will also be cracking open one of my oldest stored items to 1. see if it is still usable 2. eat it if it still is and use it in a new recipe that would work in a "disaster"
Helps you see what you should be storing that you are not or how to change a recipe that you will still be pleased with.
