Tried a can of Swansons canned Chicken ala King.
10.5 oz, 260 cal, buttload of salt, 14 g protein, 15g fat.
Heated consistency, thick pour able pudding.
Taste
- MY OPINION
- did not have the "canned" taste you normally get
- plenty of sauce as compared to vegies - chicken chunks
Where it will fit in my preps
- It's an add on - will somewhat dilute it and add it to rice or noodles
