DO NOTE the inclusion of Baking Soda, which does have an indefinite storage life.

On the other hand Baking Powder DOES NOT HAVE A LONG STORAGE LIFE.

The solution is to store the two components of Baking Powder which each have an indefinite (very long) storage life:

Baking Soda
Cream of Tartar

Unfortunately, Cream of Tartar will be hard to make in a PAW.  It is make from the residue left in wine barrels after the wine is decanted to bottles.  So stock up now, even if it is moderately pricey.
