Title: A Warning on Some Commercial Prepper Foods
Post by: TWP on January 30, 2017, 08:02:10 AM
This short warning from James Wesley, Rawles about food labels and content of Commercially Prepared "Preppe" food stuffs:

This is where it really makes sense to read labels carefully and know what to look for in actual ingredients.

Bulk foods, such as wheat, rice, corn  and other "raw" foodstuffs are generally more safe than pre-packaged meals.

This is not to say that ALL such products are a problem, but just beware of those which do not give enough information on the label to make a qualified choice.

MMMM!  I just love empty calories for breakfast and I can simply inhale the aroma from the package for lunch and dinner... NOT :o
