Nevada evacuation centers

I just did a quick search on the evacuation centers for Nevada in case of nuclear war but could not find much of use can anybody here help with this? I am mostly interested in Elko county but the whole state would be of interest and there is nothing easy to find that anybody has any plan just in case? So if the big one goes of tomorrow and I don't have a personal location and or plan to survive where would I go?
