Title: Small batch sauerkraut

I did my sauerkraut in 5 gallon buckets because I had lot of cabbage, but what if you only have a few heads?

This site give a very good description, with pictures, of making 'kraut in mason jars.

It is worth saving on your hard drive.  Or copy the text and make hard copy.

You can find adequate substitutes for the "brand name" equipment being pushed in the article, but the
information is still good.
