I fall in the older demographic which is (IMO) the primary target of the author. If you are NOT in that demographic, but hope to last long enough to join us, DO READ this set of articles...
It should come as no surprise that, at some point, you will be faced with the need to re-evaluate your overall plan and your position within that plan... The author calls it "gut check time" and I think that is very appropriate.
Noting the title, I am NOT ready to "throw in the towel" in the sense of giving up my prepping efforts. Some things take longer and some priorities change. Expect this.
I DO ADVISE that you expect and plan for changes in how your abilities and capabilities will change as you age.
I hope this article will offer some advice on how you handle aging and other changes in your expectations.
PS: DO READ THE COMMENTS WHICH FOLLOW THIS ARTICLE !!!!!! You're not alone.
