Title: Spent Brewers Grain food source
Post by: TWP on August 20, 2015, 11:16:39 AM
This is a good thread, with some specific details on preserving and using Spend Brewers Grain (SBG).
SBG is the grains left after brewers are done making beer.

This is probably available locally, as we have several brewers in the area.

Please note that the dried grains are human and animal edible.  Since the amount of grains available from each beer batch is usually large, this might be split among several families?

Does anyone in the group currently use SBG's?  Does anyone know someone who is using them?
