Title: Roadkill - Really
Post by: TWP on September 11, 2016, 11:05:43 AM
This article gives some very good suggestions on how to deal with roadkill.

You have two choices:

1)  Treat it as food and proceed.

2)  Avoid and ignore it and possibly starve.

I vote for #1.  It is your choice,  but I post this because we all need to know alternatives for survival.

Read the article and learn how to use it AND when to avoid it.  Yes, some roadkill should NOT be eaten.  It may be too old, or contaminated by something on the road or the vehicle which struck it.  Learn to recognize these cases.

The article discusses how to cook the meat, safely.
