Dry Canning means N0 MOISTURE food storage.

There are advantages; less weight, smaller space needs.

Five areas are covered:
I note #4, and warn that because the oxygen absorbers will reduce the air pressure inside the PETE container, it may collapse, possibly breaking the seal.  Watch for this if you use PETE containers.
