These are (somewhat) useful manuals from the 1960-80's.

They were provided by the the US civil defense effort and may provide information that could be
applied to a future event...

The shelter plans look to be useful, even today.

I do question the need for instructions on siren repair and maintenance (OPSEC goes away when the siren goes off...).

As to the siren repair... Maybe. But they could be used to convince certain people that it would be a good idea to leave. Just a thought.
