R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) Systems class is forming now for the month of November!
R.A.D. is a nationally recognized course aimed to empower women through self-defense. The goal is to educate, enhance and empower women to take action in order to reduce their risk of victimization. R.A.D. is a 12-hour training course consisting of lecture, hands-on self-defense techniques and self-defense simulations.
Class is open to all females ages 13 and older.
Cost: $20.00 per student
Class schedule: Saturday, November 7, 2015, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
and Saturday, November 14, 2015, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: TMCC Dandini Campus

Class size is limited and fills quickly. You must complete registration and payment to reserve a space in the class.
