Several of those are considered invasive species so you will have the DNR's blessing for digging them up.

I'm suspicious of DNR "blessings"... They usually require a permit -$$$$$$.  It is the nature of the beast.

Not wild, but salsify grows well in Nevada, produces lots of seeds, needs deep soil for long roots though.

The DNR has been trying to eradicate these plants for years and losing. I thinking they should pay people to dig them up.
