Title: Powdered Beer in Preps?
Post by: TWP on October 12, 2016, 09:00:13 AM
I confess, I WOULD include this in my preps.

Think of the barter opportunity after SHTF...

Good read if you like beer or other alcohol base drinks.

It might be ok for cooking reconstituted but you are going to need to add some form of sugar (preferably malt) and ferment to produce carbonation. While I have drunk flat bear (sometimes batches just do not ferment properly), it just does not "clear the palate" satisfyingly as the wine snobs say.
