I agree for the most part TWP, however, many comfort foods can take the place nutritionally of other, less palatable foods. It could be ingredients for homemade pasta sauce rather than canned, or extra freeze dried hamburger and other ingredients to make grandma's special meatloaf. Or it could be some Hershey bars. Might be premium liquor. It is different for every person and family, but it is important that each person has some things to take their mind off their troubles, at least for a while.
