Article - How to make a # 10 can oven

All you need is the cans and a can opener.  A working wood stove is just a plus.  It works in a contemporary electric oven too.

This can be scaled up and there is no reason you can't do more than one at at time, if you have space in/on the stove.

This works on a campfire, but you will need some type of heating surface, such as a cast iron skillet.

I found this yesterday and saved it. I intend to try it.

It was a little confusing to me, but I think I figured out the trivet and the lid as the baking surface.

I remember doing something similar to this forty or more years ago. Some kind of can oven. But I cannot pull up any of the details in my mind.

Just my opinion.
