First, read the comments which follow this blog post.  There are many good idea there.

Second, note that the author used NON-FAT powdered milk.  This works, but gives a different taste and texture than full-fat powdered milk or than fresh whole fat milk.

This works as a prepper food because the ingredients are likely in your food stockpile.  The vinegar can also be made at home.
