oh my gosh Glendea, a lot depending on what you want: Will, Trust, Medical Directives, Financial Direcrtive and a who lot more
directives
RIght now int he class, we are learning different pieces of estate planning, bottomline got to make lists of the details, then the Will, Trust, Medical Directives, FInancial Directives can be formally created

what is the difference between a will and a trust?

There is a lot of difference, there a will is your wishes and just with the Will alone the process goes to Probate court, where as a Trust is a private process and can be more specific; in a trust one still has a will
