We've got only basic plans, between I and my significant other. I've not tried to explore this, partly because we also have non-prepper house quest and I don't want to risk my OPSEC.
Our actual plans are limited to meeting locations if we are out and about.

very important. also important is practicing all plans. several times..
that way there is not as much chaos when they really do occur. it's almost like you can put your head in practice mode and get through it.
