I've seen this growing wild in my area, you may be lucky too.  I advise NOT picking it from close to roadways as it may be contaminated from auto exhaust.

It can be cultivated and garden grown also.

This is a multi-use plant, both medicinal and nutritional.

One of the nice things about living in the country is that I can plant herbs in my yard along with the grass, dandelion, plantain, clover and more grow happily within easy access.

You mean (gasp  :o )  your HOA allows weeds in your yard???  I'll bet the neighbors are just fuming about that  ;D

The only ones worried about my yard are the deer and rabbits...and I fenced them out.
My daughter's ducks seem to like the "salad bar" aspect.
