No, it's not a pepper. A walapini is a green house that is partly underground. Still it is a good introduction. Does anyone out there do this?

I do not, but I believe a couple of the people I talk to over the internet in a couple of northern states use them. They are particularly suited for the colder climates.
Just my opinion.
