Check your prepping supplies inventory before you start a buying spree.

Some of these methods would seem to work well for group buying, even just between your neighbor and yourself.

I'm not paranoid about this, but the price difference from grocery store prices can be significant.

Finally, as an afterthought, "paper goods" such as paper towels and plates, do not strike me
as being long-term prepper supplies.  I think disposable supplies are an ultimate waste of effort and money.

Buying tools or food stocks, particularly seeds, does fall in the "good-to-have" category.

How you view the stocking of toilet paper is totally a matter of personal choice.  If nothing else, TP may become
the ultimate trade-goods item if TSHTF.  Paper making IS a survival skill...
