Pain Relief Options

Disclaimer, this is not intended as medical advice.  Do your own research on the suggested options in this article.

http://modernsurvivalblog.com/health/15-natural-remedies-for-pain/

The descriptions of each option is short, so you really do need to look up more information, but this list is a good starting point.  You will find more than you want to know and may need to filter what the 'net offers.   Not everything you read on the 'net is true (I know, shocking, but true). ;)

I note the mention of arthritis relief as one effect.  Since I am starting to feel this, it is useful information to start my own research... :-\   I've read reports that beating the back with willow branches was found to reduce joint pain.   Perhaps by distraction?  I'm not ready to test this, right now...

I hope this helps someone to start NOW and plan for the possible need for one or more of these options.
