I'm sure most of you are aware of the LDS church and their stance on being prepared. They produce a free manual in PDF format which I think ought to be in your prepper docs.
It used to be a simple direct download but they now request an email address which would result in your getting email newsletters etc. You don't need to use a valid email address (if that offends you, then simply don't do it...).

You may purchase a hard copy version of this manual for $15-$20 and the order address is contained in the document. You may be able to find this in a local LDS outlet, but I have not confirmed this. It is 509 pages, so printing it locally will NOT be the lowest cost option...
