I did not feel this one, but sure did the one the other day. I am on the third floor of a stick built building and I could feel the movement easily. For at least two, possibly as much as four seconds, with a tiny lessening in strength in the middle.
I usually feel local threes, but nothing less unless there are special circumstances.
Just my opinion.
