How many people will be left
How many farmers will be left
The distribution and farming infrastructure needed to produce as we do now.
I would not want to guarantee any of those factors.
In terms of the individual farmer, the numbers are much smaller, but the ability to produce is also greatly reduced.
Our grandfathers (great-grandfathers) knew how much to plant for seed and how to preserve it, but that knowledge is now only available in books.
Check your personal library and do include information about growing for seed...
