The short answer is: yes, we "kind of" have a working Threat Analysis spreadsheet.
There are differences in how our different OS's handle the spreadsheet code, but we were able to adjust and get the same operational features. The biggest problems arise when we try to export in a 'non-native' format from our respective systems.
Since I use Linux and Jerry does Windows, we are working on polishing out respective copies.
Mine "works" for me and I'll link a copy of my current state-of-the-sheet, with the understanding that it is running on a Linux system. No guarantees on your being able to convert with a Window(r) OS.
I used LibreOffice 5 for this and the format is Open Data Spreadsheet with the extension of .ods
I'll not try to convert this (export) in other formats because that is where Jerry's system and mine have problems.
The attached file is Threat_Analysis.ods and is 25.9 KB.
Some advisory warnings. The user set values are NOT my current state of threat. They are just values entered to test the computed values and be sure that the math works as I intend. If you can use the spreadsheet, you must adjust the values to match your estimates of threat and effect level.
There are two "sheets", the first is the Threat Analysis and the second (Thanks to Jerry) contains an "effects" analysis entry form.
There needs to be some operating instructions added to this document, because it may not be clear what is needed...
