The author does a reasonable job of evaluating this company (http://www.valleyfoodstorage.com/ (http://www.valleyfoodstorage.com/)) and it's products. However, if you read the reader comments which follow the article, there are some negative factors which were missed by the author in his report.

The reader comment about low protein and questionable meat sources should be a consideration in any decision to buy from this company.
