A list of Seven Foods with relatively short storage lifetimes.

Check your preps and rotate these items as necessary.  I've quoted the essential information below.

NOTE: Refrigeration, Freezing and Oxygen absorbers will increase the storage life on SOME (not all) of these foods.

1. Brown rice.
...Due to the fact that brown rice has a high amount of oil, it lasts for only three to six months at room temperature. On the other hand, white rice lasts far longer because it does not have a similar oil content.
2. Dried fruit.
 Figs, on the shorter side, last only three months and on the longer side, raisins can last for 12 months. 3. Peanut butter.

4. Whole wheat flour.

5. Nuts.
