Title: Tea(s) as more comfort food
Post by: TWP on June 06, 2016, 01:25:05 PM
Sure, you can stockpile all the green coffee beans you want, but unless you grow your own, it will run out...

So, make Teas.  There are Many different varieties and Many different values, from simple flavor changes to medical uses and all are easy to store.  A major advantage is that, in may cases, you can grow your own tea ingredients.

NOTE: you don't need to use the plant we here in the US call simply "tea".  It can be grown in some areas, but it it not necessary.

This is a three part post on making, brewing and using teas.  Do add this to your prepper docs...
