First, there is a difference between Rabbits and Hares... Perhaps not much, but let's not quibble... ;D
This link will require that you do some drilling to find each recipe (PITA), but I like the recipes.

Since we may be more likely to find hares and squirrels in an after-crisis world, these recipes are a good addition to your library
