Interesting presentation by Elliot Coleman on using green houses to produce produce in the winter in cold climate.  He has several neat ideas on how to build portable greenhouses.  Link to presentation

I've pulled a copy (212MB, 53:59 Min.) if anyone wants to watch this too.

Elliot Coleman has a lot of videos available, which I think are worth adding to you prepper digital documents.
