I am not sure I could physically do it now. I changed many tires off the rim from the time I was 12 to probably about 37 or so. I do not think I have done one since about 1990, when I was working in the Oklahoma/Texas oil patch.
There are some tools available now that would sure make it easier. But I do like the idea of using a vehicle to break the bead of a tire. That was hard way back when sometimes, and with the stuff they use now on rims and tires, it can be nearly impossible without mechanical assistance. I had a good set of tire irons back then, and some other useful tools. And it was still difficult.
Along with the regular traditional tire irons, here is what I would get if I could afford it and thought I could use them in my condition.
