Alternate fuel sources

I test out some different fuels in a small internal combustion engine I have used all these before to get me out of trouble in a older vehicle. The kerosene is interesting because not only can it be used in lighting and heating but it can run a engine and I'm not sure but I think it will run a diesel as well I do know its added to diesel fuel in winter to prevent gelling.
