I make this frequently, usually as a morning breakfast.
Peanut Butter Coffee Smoothie
6 ounces HOT water
4-8 TBSP Peanut Butter
1 TBSP Cappuccino Drink Mix (or 1 tsp instant coffee with 1 TBSP powdered Milk)
Pour HOT water into large, insulated cup.
Add Peanut Butter and mix until dissolved (about 30-45 seconds).
Add Cappuccino Mix (or coffee/milk mix), Stir.
This will be a thick, creamy drink and you will need a long handled spoon to finish what settles to the bottom of the cup.

Okay. I did not urp or anything... but YUCK!!!
I am not a coffee drinker, at all, and not that fond of peanut butter.
So the "YUCK!!!" is just my opinion.
