Tell Us How Winter Related Trucking Delays Affect Your Prepping Strategy.
Not at all.  They sometimes do my fresh food purchase ability.
Before I rotate preps from storage to use pantry, I have the replacements in hand and until in hand, no rotation.Since this is the way I do it, spring, summer, fall, and winter trucking delays have no affect on strategy.
Enough delays could eventually cause issues with resupply.
