If you have a set of jam and jelly jars setting around waiting to be used, this is an easy way to make AND STORE bread.

NOTE ALSO: Use jars with NO SHOULDER (straight sides) or you will end up carving the bread out of the jars in chunks, rather than in a nice, whole cylinder. Much easier to cut and serve...
