If you collect animal manure, it can be added to your compost pile (avoid dog manure, there are medical complications with mans best friend). Cow, horse and goat manure is better. Never pass up a cow patty left on the road, it is a gift to you.
Using coffee grounds will work until your coffee beans are gone and you probably can't grown your own beans... So there are other sources for Nitrogen. Compost is far better for this.
Using bananas for the potassium is ok, now, but I doubt you will be able to grown many bananas where you live now...
Eggs might be easiest item to find in a PAW, if you have chickens, geese or other birds. However there are other sources for Calcium.
