I cannot guarantee the storage life of these seeds, because your container and the temperature plays a large part on how long they will survive.  They will laster longer than other types of plants.

DO be sure to get non-hybrid seeds when you purchase these or you risk not being able to save viable seeds for next season.

The seeds are:

• Cucumber
• Muskmelons
• Spinach

• Lettuce

Personally, I don't think Lettuce or Cucumbers are great food items, but the rest are certainly good.
