I was wondering if there was any lawyers here or known to some of us that could be recomended. Im looking to lease or rent out one of my properties to a prepper and wanted to do it in a way that protects me from litigation if he starts a fire which takes out BLM land or injures himself on the property? Also wanted to give him access to my place for security as needed.

If you haven't already, you might also want to contact a rental property insurance broker.  There might be a policy to cover your liability as the land owner.

As you probably already read, I am new here.  I don't yet know any attorney's for Nevada.
