Article - Puerto Rico: What It’s Really Like After the SHTF

This article reads like a dystopian novel.  but it is not fiction.

This is what it is really like in a PAW (post apocalyptic world).  It is not short term, although outside help is beginning to arrive, it will take months to years for Puerto Rico to recover.

If you read the article, ask how you would deal with some of the situations described in the article.

Do you have the kinds of gear and supplies to both support yourself (you and any group) and to protect yourselves?

Can you change your prepping plans to provide at last some degree of security, if faced with a similar situation?

If you want to argue that we (you and I) don't live in an area which suffers from hurricanes, consider what a major earthquake could do to cities and towns.  It happened in Alaska.

Look at the history of the San Francisco earthquake of last century (1906).

It can happen here, wherever you may now live.

How do you plan on handling such a situation?
