Could not get ahold of the Threat Matrix guy. So I created my own version based on the same pattern.

I have checked it six ways from Sunday, but would appreciate anyone review it and see if there are any mistakes, or improvements I need to make. I came up with my own scales, and could use some advice on them. I might need to adjust them.

The spreadsheet is in Open Office .ods format so it should work in most versions of Open Office and Excel. It is similar to the original I posted, but is my own take on the subject. There is space to add both Threats and Effects. Those are the cells in medium blue. The block of cells in light blue are the rating input cells. The sheet is protected and only the medium blue and light blue cells can have data entered. An error message will appear if attempts to change other cells are made. It is not password protected, so anyone can un-protect it and make changes.

Just my opinion.
